Srushti has begun preparing for her UPSC examination in her third year in engineering. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Deshmukh was unsure if she could enjoy working in engineering. In the following years, she realized that her dream was civil services and began to concentrate on it. She was encouraged by her parents to pursue a civil service career and to prepare for exams. She focused her energy on becoming an IAS officer. To be eligible for UPSC the candidate must put in more work. She was also preparing for UPSC tests while she was studying engineering. She allocated time for this examination preparation each day. It took her just one month studying for the exam and was completely off of Facebook and other social media in her lives. Her belief is that concentration and focus are crucial to pass the exam to be a government official. She worked hard to achieve her aim of passing the exam at first try. She would read the newspaper to keep up-to-date on the latest news every single day. Rajya Sabha TV, online sources and various study tools proved to be a great help for her. The book of IAS Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also written a book, which was released under the name The answer writing guide. You can find it at every library in the state. It's a good book for IAS candidates who are preparing rigorously to take the exam. Their social media profiles are regularly updated with information from her husband about both of them.
